Q: How long does the warranty last?
A: Our warranty last for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. However for our silver jewelries (925 & 999), the guarantee that the silver is genuine lasts a lifetime.

Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: It covers manufacturing major defects in materials and workmanship (such as defective clasps, uneven surface), wrongly shipped items or incorrect quantities.

Please be aware that our products are handmade and hand-arranged. As a result, you may notice slight variations or handmade characteristics/traces in some items. Additionally, certain products feature one-piece electroplating, and areas such as button positions may not be electroplated. These aspects are part of the design and not considered defects.

Q: What if my jewelry is damaged from regular wear and tear?
A: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, like the following defects :

  • Personal damage, such as bending, breakage, or scratching of the jewelry, as well as natural fading of plating or coatings over time due to wear
  • Loss or damage to gemstones or CZ caused by  improper care/wear.
  • Any modifications made to the product that result in damage.

However, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost if the jewelry can be repaired. Please review the conditions at the bottom of this page.

Q: Can I return my jewelry for a refund under the warranty?
A: The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective items, not refunds. Please refer to our return policy for information on Return & Exchange.

We do accept repairs for products you have purchased, such as:

  1. Fallen off Cubic zirconia, pearls, or crystals (please ensure you still have the stone/pearl/CZ).
  2. Damage to a specific link (please contact us to discuss whether repair is possible).
  3. Changes to stoppers or clasps.
  4. Cleaning silver jewelry (silver color only)
