RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please record a full unboxing video when you’ve received a package from us in clear lighting. The unboxing necessary as a proof for damage cases. We will replace the product if they are incorrect or defective upon receiving. The product can only be returned/exchanged within maximum period of 48 hours after the package is received. Returned item must be returned in original condition with packaging and unused. No exchange is allowed if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your exchange will be processed max on 3 working days.
We’re apologize, We can’t accept an exchange/return if you don’t have the unboxing video or the video is edited/paused. Customised items, e.g. special orders and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

DELIVERY

If there are any delivery difficulties, please inform us promptly so we can follow up and expedite the shipping. If you do not receive package ordered by you within a reasonable time of the specified delivery date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the package.

However, the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you actually see.  We can’t  guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will represent the item accurately. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
