RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Unboxing Video: For damaged items upon arrival, please provide a complete and uncut unboxing video as proof. This helps us expedite the resolution process. We will replace the product if they are incorrect or defective upon receiving.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition and unused.
- Packaging: Ensure all original packaging and tags are included with the returned item. No exchange is allowed if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer
- Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Valid Reason: The reason for return or exchange should be valid, such as damage, mistake, incompleteness, or simply a desire to change the product.
- Time : The product can only be returned/exchanged within maximum period of 3 days after the package is received.
Return Process for Damaged Items: If the item is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
Exchange Process: For exchanges due to reasons other than damage, such as size or color preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Customized items, e.g. special orders and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
